How To Make Pizza At Hom - Ingredients

Dough-Making Process:-

  • Two cups of all-purpose floor
  • Water (as required)
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Yeast tablespoons
  • Salt ½ tablespoons
  • Olive oil 2 tablespoons

Chicken Filling:-

  • Red chili powder 2 tsp or to taste
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 & ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Dried oregano 1 tsp
  • Red bell pepper ½ cup
  • Onion sliced 1 medium
  • Mushrooms sliced in half a cup
  • Capsicum sliced ½ cup
  • Olives ½ cup

 Assembling:

  • Pizza sauce (as required)
  • Cheddar cheese grated ½ cup
  • Mozzarella cheese grated ½ cup
  • Cooked chicken filling
  • Dried oregano

A. Dough Preparation - Mix In Food

  • Add lukewarm water, sugar, and yeast and mix them well in a small jug.
  • Cover it and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, add salt, and mix it.
  • Gradually add yeast mixture in it and mix well.
  • Add water and mix well and well until perfect dough is formed.
  • Add olive oil and knead the dough again.
  • Cover it and let it rest for at least 2 hours.

BChicken Filling - Mix In Food

  • Add cooking oil to a frying pan.
  • Add chocking strips in it and mix it well until the color changes.
  • Garlic powder, red chili powder, salt, dried oregano, & red chili crushed.
  • Mix it well and cook for 5 mins
  • Add veggies(capsicum, red bell pepper, onion) and cook for 2 mins.
  • Add mushrooms and some olives and stir for 2 mins.
  • Set aside this material.
  • Grease your hands with oil and knead the dough again.
  • Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  • Roll out dough in a round shape with the roller

C. Assembling - Mix In Food

  • Grease/Paste the Pizza Pan/plate with oil.
  • Place the dough on the pizza pan.
  • Prick with a fork.
  • Add pizza sauce and spread it all over.
  • Add cooked chicken filling, Mozzarella & Cheddar cheese, & black olives.
  • Take out pizza from the pizza pan when it is baked.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 200° C for 15-17 mins.
  • Sprinkle-dried oregano.
  • Then cut it into medium slices and serve it to your family or friends!

  • Grease 12” an inch pizza pan with cooking oil.
  • Spread pizza dough on it with the help of your hand.
  • Prick with a fork.
  • Add pizza or tomato sauce.
  • Then add the cooked chicken filling, veggies(onions, capsicum, red bell pepper), and mushrooms.
  • Spread cheese on it.
  • Sprinkle-dried oregano.
  • Add 1 pack of salt to the pot or place a small piece of marble.
  • Place wire rack and preheat for 15 mins.
  • Place prepared pizza, and cover it.
  • Bake in a pot on low flame for 20 mins.
  • Take it out and sprinkle some dried oregano.
  • Cut it into slices and serve!

Tacos:

Tacos are made of corn tortillas and ground beef but you can add your favorite toppings too, to make it tastier. Do you know according to, Twisted Taco, In ancient times the Mexicans eat tacos with freshly made, soft corn tortillas and filled them up with fish or other meat to get more nutrition and energy? They don't add toppings into it before like we do nowadays.

In today's times, we eat Tacos with more fillings and we have a lot variety of toppings. In this post, I'm going to share a taco recipe with you along with a taco hard shell recipe. Now, if you are craving a fresh taco and want to make it home then you come to the right place. Here I'm going to share an easier and tastier recipe for tacos that can be made within minutes. But first, if you don't have taco shells at home or they all are broken when you buy them don't worry, I'm going to share a recipe for taco shells too. So, you can make it in the comfort of your home with corn tortillas.

Taco Shell Recipe:

In my opinion, if you want perfect crispy, fresh, and warm taco shells you should make them in your home. You can make it in the frying pan and in the oven however you like. I'm going to share both recipes with you.

Firstly, I'm going to tell you how to make tacos in your oven.

Taco Shell recipe in Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 374F and place one oven rack in the middle of the oven. Make sure that there is enough space between them.
  2. Place your corn tortillas in the oven for 10-15 seconds just to warm them up and then take the baking sheet out.
  3. After warming them up make sure to spray some cooking oil on the corn tortillas. Now repeat the process.
  4. Take the oven rack out of the oven and put the corn tortillas on the rack. Put one tortilla on 3 racks leaving one rack to shape the tortilla for filling.
  5. Now, bake them between 10-15 minutes or until they turn golden and crispy. Then take them out and fill your favorite topping and enjoy!

Now, I'm going to share the taco shell recipe in a frying pan.

Taco shell in fry pan:

  • Take a pan and pour some oil into it then put it on medium heat. When the oil temperature reaches 350F fold your tortilla and put one side on the pan.
  • After 10-15 seconds when the tortilla turns golden flip it to the other side.
  • Wait until both sides are equal in color and crispiness then take out your tortilla shell and leave it o the plate upside down to cool down.
  • Repeat the procedure with the other tortillas. Fill the taco Shell with your favorite topping and enjoy!

Taco Filling:

Now it's time to fill your taco shell with delicious meat filling. you can use any type of meat for your taco. It can be chicken, mutton, or beef. For this recipe, I'm using beef to prepare my fillings.

How much meat do you need for one person?

If you are using a 6-inch tortillas taco then 2 tablespoons of beef will be enough for one taco. One pound of beef will be enough to make 12 tacos and if you'll serve 3 tacos to one person then the one pound of beef will be served to 3 people.

To Prepare the meat you'll need some ingredients which are: 

Ingredients Quantity
Ground beef / or any meat one pound
Oil 3-4 tablespoon
Tomato sauce or any other sauce you like 4-5 tablespoon
Water half cup
Salt and pepper As much as you like to taste
Cheese (optional) As much as you like
Some veggies for Topping 1-2 cups

Preparation:

Time to prepare the ground beef. Put your non-stick pan into high heat after heating it turn the heat to medium. Add some oil to the pan and add your ground beef. Stir the beef thoroughly until it turns brown now add some tomato sauce, some water, salt, and pepper. Cook it until the water is evaporated but the beef is still juicy. Turn off the heat as your filling is ready.

Now, cut some veggies as you like for your topping. You can add avocado or onion or any other veggie you like to your taco filling. Take 2 full spoons of beef and put it into the taco shell add cheese and your favorite filling. Now your homemade delicious taco is ready to eat and enjoy.!

Pasta, I think is one of the easiest recipes to cook at home and most of us love pasta. The benefit of pasta is that you can cook it in different ways. You can make it with meatballs, you can make it with cheese if you’re a cheese lover or you can make it with pasta sauce. Pasta is available in a large variety of shapes. You can buy it from grocery stores or you can also make it at home. I’m going to share 3 recipes of pasta that you can make at home in no time.

The average American consumes approximately 20 lbs. of pasta annually. This makes it the 6th highest food per capita in the country. 

How to make pasta dough at home: 

Do you know you can make pasta dough at home without putting any struggle? Making pasta dough at home doesn’t require a lot of things all you need is:

  • Flour
  • 3 eggs
  • Oil
  • Salt

Procedure to make pasta dough perfectly:

Place the flour onto a clean and dry space in your kitchen than make a hole into the flour and make sure the hole is big enough to hold 3 eggs yolk and 1 complete egg before you add yolks after that put some oil too and start kneading the dough.


    The more you knead the softer your pasta will make while kneading you can add some water if the dough is too sticky then at the end sprinkle some salt and then knead it one more time to mix it and evenly. Now your dough is ready sit it aside for 10-15 minutes. Then prepare the pasta and give it to the shape you like. Boil the pasta and prepare your sauce to make yourself a perfect pasta.

Chicken Garlic Pasta.

If you love creamy pasta with some garlic and chili well this is a perfect recipe for you to try at home you can make it in under 30 minutes. 


Ingredients for Chicken Garlic Pasta:

  • Chicken breast: 
    • Mostly boneless chicken is preferable but it is totally up to you how you like chicken in your pasta. 

  • Seasoning: 
    • You can also use your favorite seasoning to prepare the chicken. Or you can add the combination of garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. 

  • Olive oil: 
    • Add a good amount of olive oil to your chicken.

  • Garlic: 
    • You can use both minced or clove garlic as you like. 

  • Spinach: 
    • Spinach adds flavor to your pasta and it gives you minerals and vitamins. You can also leave it if you don’t like spinach. 

  • Butter: 
    • Butter helps cook the garlic and adds more flavor to it.

  • Tomatoes: 
    • The tomatoes give the chicken taste and make your pasta even better. 

  • Heavy cream: The main ingredient is of course heavy cream. You can’t cook creamy pasta without heavy cream. It gives this chicken creamy pasta the texture.

  • Parmesan cheese: Well, you really can’t cook an Italian dish without parmesan cheese. 

How to Cook Pasta:

    Now, put the seasoning into the chicken on both sides and cook it well. After the chicken is ready take it out of the pan and sit aside. Then in the same pan add all the other ingredients into the pan to make pasta sauce. After 2/3 minutes add heavy cream and parmesan cheese into the pan with the pasta. Cut the chicken into small strips and put it into the pasta. Cook it until pasta is creamy and saucy. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients Sausage Pasta.

In this sausage pasta, you only need 5 ingredients and it takes less than 30 minutes to cook. If you love sausage or craving something with sausage then this recipe is totally for you. 

Ingredients for sausage pasta:

All you need is to add a few items into ready-made tomato sauce and your pasta is already halfway to be done. All you need is:

  1. Olive oil.
  2. Red pepper.
  3. Salt and pepper.
  4. Basil (optional) 
  5. Some good quality sausage with skin removed.
  6. Tomato and chili pasta sauce.
  7. And of course parmesan cheese. 

How to cook pasta:

Add oil to a large pan and add the red pepper cook it until the red pepper is soft. Then add sausage into the pan and break the meat with a wooden spoon or you can cut it into pieces before adding it into the pan. After the meat is browned add all the other ingredients and cook well. Then add pasta into the sauce mix it well and your 5 ingredients pasta is ready. Serve and enjoy!

I think I can say that fries are everyone's favorite snack. We all love McDonald’s fries but how can we make perfectly crispy, less greasy, and light fries? Well, in the McDonald’s recipes we all know how many times they boiled them then fry them, and then again repeat all the procedures 3/4 times.

And if you're a housewife or business women or you are busy with other work then probably this sounds like a lot to do for fries. So here is a recipe for perfect french fries, and my personal favorite. It’ll approximately take 30 minutes in total. 

To have perfect french fries you’ll need a kettle or deep pot we aren’t using a frying pan it’s very important for crispy and perfect fries. Do you know according to researchgate, the Consumption of french fried potatoes and potato chips accounted for 30% of the overall total vegetable.

First, you need to cut potatoes into 4 slices lengthwise then into strips. Then after cutting the potatoes transfer the fries into a deep pot or kettle then pour oil into the pot/kettle. Shake the pot so the oil is set evenly in the pot. Turn on the heat to a high level. 


After boiling, start doesn't stir the fries or change the temperature for 10 to 13 minutes. once fries turn to golden color or how you may want it, removes the fries from the pot to the plate. Put a generous amount of salt while it is still hot. And enjoy the perfect crispy fries from the comfort of your home.

Thin patties of ground beef seasoned with aromatics and spices make up a dish known as chapli kabab. These kebabs, known as Chapli Kabab, are fried instead of grilled, resulting in a crispy outside and juicy inside.

Dried pomegranate seeds (Anar'dana) give Chapli Kabab a subtle tang, while finely powdered coriander adds crispiness to the already crunchy surface.

They were formerly considered a delicacy only in the border regions of Afghanistan and Pakistan, but are now widely available on street corners and in restaurants worldwide.

DESCENDANTS OF THE CHAPLI KABAB

Peshawar, in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is the birthplace of Chapli Kabab. This is the same region that gave the world other favorites of mine, such as Karahi.

Despite the lack of a common origin myth, the dish's components are typical of the North Pakistan/East Afghanistan area, where the food is humble and unassuming without being bland.

BEHIND THE NAME "CHAPLI KABAB'S SUCCESS"

The Afghan Cooks site supports the idea that Chapli derives from the Pashto word chaprikh, meaning flat.

Another possible etymology for the name is that it was given because of the shoe's similarity to an oval "chapel," or slipper, in the Urdu and Dari languages. (This is why they are often referred to as Chapel Kabab.)

CHAPLI KABAB'S INGREDIENTS

  • Chapli Kabab wouldn't be Chapli Kabab without dried pomegranate seeds (Anardana). They improve the dish by imparting a taste and a bit of crunch. To me, they're best when used in generous amounts (two teaspoons is more than most recipes call for), but if you want a more delicate flavor, try cutting back to one.
  • Two to three tablespoons of pomegranate powder or molasses may be used as a replacement if you really can't stand the crunch.
  • Gram flour (Besan) or corn flour (Makki ka atta): This helps bind the kababs and adds flavor. Some traditional recipes call for maize flour (similar to cornmeal but finer), but I'm willing to bet you already have gram flour/besan (not to be confused with chickpea flour) on hand. More importantly, I've tried them, and it and they both function well.

If the onions you want to use in the kababs are on the wet side, give them a quick squeeze to remove excess water.
  7. One of my favorite Afghan restaurants in Houston solely utilizes scallions, which are in season right now. The combination of the red onion and there is so deliciously complex.
  8. Tomatoes are a great addition due to their crispness, freshness, and mild sour sweetness. Finely dicing them rather than pulverizing them in a food processor is recommended because of the moisture they emit. When frying their kababs, some restaurants add a piece of tomato on one side. Implemented it. I would like to have the tomatoes mixed.
  9. A raw egg is used to bind the kababs together and provide moisture. Eggs, either soft-boiled or scrambled, are often roughly broken and added to the kababs in some recipes to make them more tender. Attempting to contribute was a waste of time for me.
  10. Cooking oil: ghee (or perhaps tallow fat) is often used in frying dishes. Ghee makes it too thick and overbearing for my taste, so I usually use oil instead.
